WILL INSTRUCTIONS

Initial Will Instructions

Don’t be one of the 45% of Australians who die without leaving a Will.

If you do so, it will inevitably increase costs to your estate but more importantly it could cause great anxiety to the members of your family that you leave behind.

We want to make the process of preparing a Will for you as quick and easy as possible.

Most of our clients only require a relatively simple Will which can be prepared and signed within around 28 days.  This period could be extended for more complex Wills, for example if we have to liaise with your Accountants or if a proposed beneficiary has special needs.

The Will has to be tailor-made to your circumstances.  To get started, please complete and forward the form below.  Once we have received it you will receive a telephone call from us to make an appointment.  At that appointment if your Will can be completed and signed we will endeavour to do so.  At this point we will also explore with you the options of additional documents including Enduring Power of Attorney and Advance Care Directives.

When completing the form and forwarding it to us, you are not incurring any fees.  An outline of our charges also appears here.

During the course of the interview we will seek from you a summary of your assets and liabilities.  There is no need to bring in any documents, but it would be prudent to have a reasonable idea of your investments and superannuation entitlements.

We are holding over 15,000 wills in our strong room and have been able to assist many people in dealing with this delicate and intensely personal task.  We wish to make the process as quick, friendly and easy as possible.

Please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone if you have any queries.
