Douglas Hoskins Legal is pleased to announce that as of 1 July 2021 we are now incorporating Bennett Legal, in anticipation of the retirement of Mr John Bennett. We are looking forward to working with Mr Bennett’s clients and hope to make the transition as seamless as possible.
We are a medium-sized firm situated in North Brighton that has been serving our local community for over a decade (and prior to 2012 as the law practice Caldicott & Co). Our primary areas of practice are Wills and Estates, Estate Litigation and Family Law. We pride ourselves on providing efficient, affordable service to our clients.
All original documents previously held by Bennett Legal in Deed Packets have been transferred to our offices at 333 Brighton Road, North Brighton, and are held securely in our purpose-built deed safe. This includes original Wills and associated documents prepared by Mr David Bednall, Solicitor, prior to 2004.
