Recipient of the 2024 and 2025 Doyle’s Guide South Australian Family Law “Rising Star” for individuals practising across family, divorce, parenting, and matrimonial matters within the South Australian Legal Market.

Dani was admitted to practise in 2019 after completing her Bachelor of Law and Legal Practice at Flinders University. She is admitted to practise both as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia and regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia on behalf of her clients.

Dani is friendly and empathetic, while remaining pragmatic and aiming to achieve meaningful results for her clients and their families. She confidently tackles all matters relating to Family Law, including:

  • parenting disputes;

  • matrimonial and de facto property settlement;

  • financial agreements;

  • superannuation splitting orders;

  • spousal maintenance; and

  • child support.

Having worked closely with an Independent Children’s Lawyer in her previous employment, Dani has valuable insight and understanding when it comes to matters relating to children and is well versed in complex parenting disputes.

Dani prides herself on her ability to develop strong relationships with her clients and support them through the intricacies of their Family Law matter. Her experience and familiarity with the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia enables her to strongly advocate for her clients and negotiate desirable outcomes.

Dani is committed to, and passionate about, Family Law. She is currently undertaking her Masters in Family Law through the College of Law. Dani is also an elected committee member of the Children and the Law Committee with the Law Society of South Australia.
