Dani was admitted to practise in 2019 after completing her Bachelor of Law and Legal Practice at Flinders University. She is admitted to practise both as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia and regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia on behalf of her clients.
Dani is known for her approachable and empathetic nature, while remaining pragmatic and aiming to achieve meaningful results for her clients and their families. She has an exceptional understanding of all aspects of Family Law, with particular expertise in:-
Complex parenting disputes, including schooling issues and relocation matters;
Grandparents’ rights
Matrimonial and de facto property settlement;
Financial agreements;
Superannuation splitting orders;
Spousal maintenance; and
Child support.
Having worked closely with an Independent Children’s Lawyer in her previous employment, Dani possesses valuable insight into children’s matters and has a strong reputation for handling complex parenting disputes with sensitivity and skill.

Her in-depth knowledge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia enables her to provide robust advocacy and secure the best possible outcomes through strategic negotiation.
Dani is deeply committed to her professional development and expertise in Family Law. In 2024, she completed a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) with a specialization in Family Law through the College of Law, further enhancing her technical legal knowledge and solidifying her expertise in the field.
